1General Terms

• You must not already hold an active SP718 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested a permanent ban from SP718.

SP718 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if there is any reason to verify account ownership. These verification requirements exist to protect both the player and the platform against fraud and account misuse.

3Account Responsibilities

Your SP718 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, and any other actions taken while logged in.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. SP718 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of account sharing, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, SP718 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SP718 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SP718 supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your SP718 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact SP718 support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. SP718 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals from bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus.

SP718 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Any attempt to deposit from an account belonging to another person will result in the funds being returned and may trigger an account review.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply across all SP718 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each bonus offer is available once per registered player, household, and device unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; casino table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire after a set period. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on SP718 — whether on casino games, slots, the sportsbook, or bingo — are final once confirmed. SP718 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where a technical error on SP718's side caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly.

For sports betting, the following additional rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

• SP718 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or any other integrity issue, regardless of the outcome.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. SP718 does not manipulate game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are determined by the game providers and are certified by independent testing organisations.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, system error, or software failure — SP718 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SP718 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account on SP718, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details to register or transact on SP718.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with SP718 without human input.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live casino or poker games.
• Attempting to launder money or use SP718 for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Placing bets using funds that were obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through SP718 support.
• Abusing the bonus system through strategies designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing SP718 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Privacy & Data

12Changes to Terms
